In 2008, at a time when the idea of inclusion was still finding its ground in India, Smart Edu Skills was born with a simple but powerful vision — to create a space where every child could learn, grow, and belong.
What started inside a mainstream school in Gurugram was more than just a support room; it was a first step toward bridging the gap between traditional learning environments and the diverse needs of children with learning and developmental challenges. The center was initially guided by Dr. Jayshree, a well-known psychologist who served as the head for a period and helped shape the early approach with compassion and professional insight.
From those early beginnings, Smart Edu Skills grew slowly and steadily — not with the goal of becoming the biggest, but the most attentive. Over the years, we’ve worked with over 350 children, always maintaining a balanced batch size to ensure that every child gets the individual attention they deserve.
Our unique location—nestled in a calm, green corner of a mainstream school—reflects our philosophy: structured support within an inclusive, real-world setting. This model allows our children to experience both specialized guidance and meaningful peer interaction, preparing them not just for academics, but for life.
Today, Smart Edu Skills is a trusted name in inclusive education, offering a full range of services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral support, special education, early intervention, and more. Our multidisciplinary team of educators and therapists brings expertise, warmth, and dedication to every session, every day.
